Relationship of Anxiety and Post-Vaccination Nurse Caring During The Covid P-19 Pandemic in Indonesia Hospital

Introduction: Anxiety is a psychological aspect that everyone will feel when they are in situation threatens their comfort. Caring behavior identical with nurses as health workers who provide services to clients. Nurses providing clients during the Covid-19 pandemic undoubtedly be riskier because many without signs and symptoms service area. This condition can certainly affect nurse's psychology increase anxiety which later caring for she cares for. Aim: To describe relationship between nurses' care after vaccination at hospital. Method: Non-experimental using correlational research design explain correlative variables. The population of this study was inpatient ward Hospital Indonesia, 191 nurses. sampling technique used by researchers random sampling. data collection questionnaire. Result Analysis: Respondent shows have value (α = 0.031). nature two variables very low, (r 0.156). Discussions: covid-19 has weak relationship. program expected reduce person's infection rate. virus hoping people been vaccinated carry out daily activities any worries, including work anxiety.
